14 Team Tournament

8
teams from various counties took part in the annual YSBA Under
14 Team Tournament. Played at the Railway Institute in
York, on Sunday 15th May, the teams played in two qualifying
groups of four. Playing each other, the top two from each
group then go on to form the first group in the second
phase and the other two from each group forming the second
group.
In
addition to the play, each Team Manager voted for the most
sporting girl and boy. The 2005 winners were:
Girl - Katy
Shuttleworth - Yorkshire,
Boy - Nayan Patel - Leicestershire
